What is the return policy?
Every item in our shop is made to order, just for you — which means we don't accept returns or exchanges. But here's our promise: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error, we will fix it. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a store credit.
We are not responsible for lost packages or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
When will I get my order?
Processing Time + Production Time + Shipping Time
Our processing time is 3-7 business days. During the holidays, order volumes can be a bit higher, so please allow a little extra time for delivery. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

All international customers are responsible to pay for their local customs (VAT) fees on delivery if applicable. We are not responsible for any unpaid customs fees or returned packages due to failure of payment of those fees. A refund will not be issued for orders that are abandoned or returned due to unpaid DHL, USPS, UPS custom fees..
