Every item in our shop is made to order, just for you — which means we don't accept returns or exchanges. But here's our promise: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error, we will fix it. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a store credit.

We are not responsible for lost packages or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
